About Us

The Digital Literacy Coach for Seniors was born out of a deep love for helping people feel confident with technology. I’m Dylan, a former English teacher with an M.S. and a background in digital inclusion. After years of helping friends, family, and my dad with tech challenges, I saw how empowering it can be—and how much patience and care it takes. This service is my way of bringing that care to seniors in the D.C. area and beyond.
